Ethnicity and Educational Achievement Statistical Update

My page entitledRace” Section Two: Ethnicity and Educational Achievement: Data was written in early 2023 and can now be updated using DfE publications which contain a facility for readers to create their own  data tables.  Of course the changes since 2021/22 are quite small.

I provide links below to tables which I have created but GCE Advanced Level Sociology students and others may well enjoy creating their own tables too.

Data on School Readiness. The Original page contains data for 2019. I have not been able to find more recent data.

Ethnicity and Undergraduate Degree Results [I have retained the link  from the original page which refers to 2020/21 data. No further updates are as yet available.]

You may click here to access recent data on ethnicity and degree classification. The data refer only to broad ethnic categories and the bracketed percentages refer to the percentages of graduates in each ethnic category who were awarded First Class degrees. Asian [33.3%]; Black [20.0%}; Mixed [35.6%]; White [39.4%]; Other [30.8%].
